2011.09.25 The wedding happened. It was great. Time passed we had a kid. We've been married five years and now we've moving to Philadelphia. This site exists as as ghostship, but we're both easily foudn online.

2006.10.12 9 days to go! How come our to do list is getting longer rather than shorter? Hopefully everyone's travel plans are in place; we're looking forward to seeing you next Saturday!

2006.09.11 Wow, in 5 weeks and 1 day we will be arriving in NY for the wedding. Things are feeling very under control after Kate's trip at the end of August, during which she picked the menu, got her hair and makeup done, fitted her dress, and tasted and ordered tons of yummy cakes from Billy's Bakery. Now we're just waiting for the RSVPs to come in before doing the most important thing -- ordering the liquor. We can't wait to see all of you in New York soon!

2006.08.12 We were finally able to reserve a block of rooms at the Beekman Tower Hotel [map] [review], the hotel where our bridal party and immediate family are staying. Studio suites (bedroom + kitchenette) will be $279 plus tax and one bedroom suites (1 bedroom, 1 living room w/ sleeper couch and kitchenette) will be $299 plus tax. To reserve a room, call the Beekman at 212-355-7300, and make sure to mention you're with the Bauer/Brase wedding.

2006.07.29 The countdown is on; we've got less than 3 months to get this wedding together! The latest development the planning of our our post-wedding brunch. Please join us at the Beekman Tower Hotel on Sunday, October 22nd, 2006 between 10am and 12pm for a New York style bagel brunch before you take off for the airport or a day of siteseeing.
